We have a 14-day refund/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.

To start the process, you can contact us at info@peanutandbumble.com with your order number and reason for return. If your exchange/refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us regarding exchange/refund will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges for different sizes/styles will take our standard turn-around time to ship out. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all fabric or colour choices will be available at the time of exchange. A gift card will be issued in the event that an exchange cannot be made.

Free shipping is available to Canadian addresses on orders over $100 (before tax). All other orders are flat rate:

• $8 within Canada
• $14 to US

We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure we keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Please ensure your address is accurate and complete; any shipping issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses is the responsibility of the customer. Packages are shipped with tracking numbers and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped (please check your junk mail if you haven't received this email 4 days after placing your order).

Orders are shipped within 4 business days of order placement. Transit times vary depending on location; see estimated shipping times below:

All of our products are made in Canada using small-batch production.

Wash on cold, gentle cycle then hang to dry or tumble dry low. Please avoid high heat.

All repeating print fabric is made of a composition of 95% cotton and 5% spandex. *Most* of our solid colour items (with or without a heat pressed graphic) is 66% lyocell, 28% organic cotton and 6% spandex, unless otherwise noted.
